Sandos Caracol Eco Experience Resort and Spa is an All Inclusive Resort in Quintana Roo on the Peninsula Yucatan.

Located  right on the sandy white beach in Riviera maya, 45 minutes from Cancun Airport, and 15 minutes drive from Playa del Carmen, a living centra with shopping mals, foodplaces, bars and excursionkiosk.

The Hotel is build in a jungle arrea, with lots of plants, animals and cenotes and natural lagoons.

Sandos Caracol is a family hotel, with adults only arreas, where they use  different bands that gives you full acces or less acces to the whole arrea.

The accomodations are called "habitaciones", some are upgraded, with new fabrics, furniture and have been decorated with natural colors.

Others are in the old Rotan Style, with only the new fabrics.

All seaside rooms are sold to timesharing or Royal Elite.

The resort has 956 air-conditioned rooms and junior suites.

Rooms are spread among 78 buildings with 3 levels each one:

11 Royal Elite, 16 Select Club Adults Only 21+ and 51 Sanditos Family Section buildings.

Royal Elite and Select club bands can  go everywhere, their bands are black and gold.

For the kids they have a playing arrea, a waterpark and great slides also used by adults.

They have a golf court, bicyclerental, wedding facilities, tennis court, sportsbar where you can play games and watch games, a cinema, excursiondesk, taxidesk and they bake popcorn.

The shopping arrea has souvenirs, cigarettes, medical supplies, clothing, drinks, food and special crafts.

The jewelry shop has special gifts for men, kids and women.

Most days they have a market place where you can buy all kinds of Mayan specials and souvenirs and handcrafting.

At the donkey place you can buy weavings, like carpets, towels, ponchos and more..all handmade.

Sandos Caracol Eco Experience Resort en Spa is een All inclusief resort in Quintana Roo op het schiereiland Yucatan.

Het resort ligt aan een mooi zandstrand in de Riviera Maya, 45 minuten gelegen van het vliegveld te Cancun, en 15 minuten rijden van Playa del Carmen, een bruisend centrum.

Het hotel zelf is gebouwd midden in de jungle, met heel veel mooie planten en bomen, dieren en cenotes en natuurlijke lagunes.

Sandos Caracol is een familie hotel, met speciale volwassenen gedeeltes, waar ze aan je armband kunnen zien waar je wel en niet mag komen.

De accommodaties noemen ze habitaciones, de meeste zijn gerenoveerd, met nieuwe stoffen, meubels en zijn aangekleed met natuurlijke kleuren.

De andere zijn nog in de orignele rotan look, en aangekleed met de nieuwe natuurlijke stoffen.

De zeezicht kamers zijn verkocht en vallen onder de Royal Elite, en kun je  nog huren.

Het resort heeft 956 kamers met airconditioning en junior suites.

De royal elite(zwart) en selectclub bandjes(goud) kunnen  zich vrij op het park bewegen en zijn overal welkom.

Voor de kinderen is er een speelpaleis, een waterpark en grote glijbanen waar ook volwassenen  gebruik van mogen maken.

Sandos heeft een golfbaan, trouwlocaties, een tennisbaan, een bioscoop, excursiebalie, fietsverhuur, een sportsbar waar je tv kan kijken, kan spelen met tennistafels, tafelvoetbal, kaarten en dobbelen en hier bakken ze popcorn.

Er is een winkel op het park waar ze handgemaakte souvenirs, sigaretten, drank, medicijnen, zonbeschermings producten, kleding, frisdrank, etenswaar en speciale spullen kan kopen.

Er is ook een juwelierszaak gevestigd die echt goud en zilver producten verkoopt, voor vrouwen, mannen en kinderen.

Er is ook vaak buiten de winkel een markt ingericht die speciale Mayan spullen en  handgemaakte souvenirs verkoopt.

Bij de ezeltjes staat een man of vrouw die prachtige dingen weeft, zoals tasjes, dekens, lakens, ponchos en meer allemaal zelfgemaakt.
