The shop at Sandos is too expensive, take a cab to Playa del Carmen and shop there, real prices, for example one package Marlboro is in the shop $70 in Playa just $ 25.

A package of Benadryl is in the shop 235 pesos in playa just 75 pesos and more tablets are in it.

Go the special Market shops, you'll just ask the driver to take you there they know the places.

And make sure to tip the guy, they need the money for their family.

That's something you make friends by just tip if someone makes an effort.
